As part of Duve's ongoing mission to make communication with guests more intuitive and efficient, we are thrilled to announce an update to our email editor. From now on, Hosts can access a range of new templates directly from the email editor, streamlining the communication process.
Overview
As for this new capability, we've introduced a selection of templates tailored to different phases of a guest's journey, from confirmation of booking to post-stay feedback.

Each template also supports translations in English (original language), Hebrew, and French to cater to a diverse clientele.
How to set it Up?
To access the email templates, go to Scheduled Messages and create a blank Scheduled Message.
Select Email as your desired communication channel.
Click Create Email to open the list of available Email Templates.
