Duve is excited to announce the launch of a new feature that allows hosts - users to create and manage canned responses at the brand level. This update is specifically designed for group accounts operating with multiple brands under a single group account, offering better flexibility and customization in guest communications.
Overview
Group accounts using Duve's platform often manage extra brands, each with its unique communication style and requirements. Duve has developed a solution that allows for the creation and editing of canned responses tailored to each brand’s specific needs.
Brand-level users can view and manage canned responses specifically created for their brand. Hosts will be able to see all the canned responses in the account in the Main Settings.
How to set it up?
With the new feature, users can see a new Canned Responses section under a Sub Brand ➝
When canned responses are created on the sub brand, they are able to be edited on the brand level.
- When canned responses are created on the Main brand, users on the sub brand level can not edit those canned responses. Ex: Canned Response which was created in the Main Brand does not have editing permission from the Main Brand.
- When canned responses are created on the sub brand, users on the Main level can edit those canned responses. Ex: Canned Response which was created in the Sub Brand is visible with editing permission and brand allocation from the Main Brand.
