What We Sync

  • Reservation Dates
  • Guest's Assigned Room (Room Allocation)
  • ETA + ETD
  • Guest Name
  • Guest Phone (Country derived from phone code)
  • Guest Email
  • Guest Profile
  • Reservation ID / External IDs from SIHOT
    • Main Reservations = r1
    • Sub Reservations = r2/r3/r4, etc.
  • Rate Plan ("Plan Type" = Packages)
  • Number of Guests (Adults / Children / Babies)
  • Country
  • Guest Nationality (used to assign language)
  • Guest Notes (Sihot Notes)
  • Booking Source
  • Booking Source Label ("Travel Agent" in SIHOT)
