Pelecard Integration Features – Duve

Duve is happy to present 2 new additions for all customers integrated with Pelecard as their Payment Service Provider.

Duve will push the Opera PMS Reservation External ID to Pelecard's Extra Notes section for easier alignment for transactions per reservation.
Duve is now directly syncing approval numbers from Pelecard to the PMS comments section and other supported PMS systems, notably improving the check-in process for hotel staff.

Note: The sync of Pelecard Approval Number is currently supported only for Optima 1, Guestline, Opera 5 and OHIP, Infor, Stayntouch, Thais PMS'.

Comments Section Update: The Pelecard approval number will be added to the pre-check-in summary under the comments section in the following format:

Pelecard approval number - {{PSP}} Approval number

Language Support: Changes in display strings will be made for both English and Hebrew language settings to reflect this update.
