Duve offers integration to Concardis payment provider to enable guest billing and upsells via direct charges during the guest experience journey.
Nexi Integration is supported for all European accounts
Duve Supports:
- Payments (Direct Charges only)
- Immediate Payment
- Payment for Stay
- Upsells (also "Require approval" option is supported)
- Refund
- Immediate Payment
- Preauthorization for Additional Hold
Duve does not support:

- Security Deposit.
- Note: All customers can add Concardis, but the security deposit is charged via the Duve Stripe account. Any collection of the security deposit amount is sent to the Concardis account via the Duve Stripe account
- Security Deposit.
How to Set It Up?
First, create or log in to your Nexi Account
When creating a new account, you must customize the pay link with your vacation rental or hotel name.
When creating your account, you must add your Duve login email and then a desired name for the link for the paylink. The desired name will be the Instance name, which you will put into Duve to establish the connection between Duve and Concardis
If you already have an account, the Instance Name will be the prefix in the payment URL.
Go to API & Integrations and copy the API Key. You can use the default or you can create a new API Key.
In your Duve Account, Go to Settings>Billing>Enable Credit card payments
Add the API Key and the Instance Name from Concardis to Duve.
The Guest Experience
When a guest purchases an upsell, the iFrame will automatically open, where the guest will enter their credit card information and confirm the transaction.
The Payment methods listed under Payment Details are the payment methods supported by your Nexi Account.
The default language for the iFrame will be the default language for your Nexi account.
If the guest enters invalid details, the iFrame will inform them of the missing information to complete the transaction.
