Porting an Existing WhatsApp Number into your Duve Account

Duve is proud to announce that customers can now bring their existing WhatsApp numbers to use in their Duve Account.

• Only Phone numbers with WhatsApp can be ported into Duve, SMS not supported at the moment
• Adding the existing number will remove all previous conversation history from the WhatsApp
• Hosts will not be able to use the existing WhatsApp number on their phones, messages sent to the WhatsApp number can only be accessed through Duve
• The custom phone number is a paid feature for $55/50 eur per month per line (or pricing per your contract).

1. Send Duve the phone number that you would like to connect to your Duve account
2. FBM Name & Facebook Business Manager ID that is verified, go to this link and take a screenshot of the page and send it back to us. Please note that a verified Facebook Business Manager is essential to this process.
