Managing your WhatsApp Sender within your Facebook Business Manager

1. Go to Settings > Accounts > WhatsApp Accounts
   
2. Click on the WhatsApp Sender profile that was created, then click WhatsApp Manager

Note: If the Business verification is listed as "Unverified", please start the Business Verification process.  For help & instructions, please see: Verifying your Facebook Business Manager account

Go to Phone numbers and then select the Phone Number.

Get the Display Name Approved

Click the 'Edit' button and adjust the display name that you would like guests to see if it is rejected. Add in all the requested information and then Click Submit. 

A Meta Support ticket will be opened to approve the requested display name.

Please note that Meta might reject the display name again or ask you to provide more information proving the business relationship to the display name.

Once the WhatsApp Sender is connected

Add the information that you would like your guests to see on the WhatsApp Sender profile on the same page.
