Overview

View Pre-Booking Messages:
- Pre-booking messages will appear under the "Open" section of the communication hub.
- Each message will display the guest's name, conversation ID, potential check-in, and check-out dates.
- The guest will appear as an anonymous icon with a link to their Airbnb reservation.
- An anonymous icon will appear as well.
Manage Messages: Hosts can manage these pre-booking inquiries just like regular messages and edit guest details like name, phone number, and email address; however, it won't be matched automatically with the future guest's reservations.
Editing the Contact Information: Hosts can edit the contact information for the Pre Booking inquiries in the right-hand side panel.
- Note: Adding the information in Duve will not sync the information back to Airbnb.
How to Set It Up
For Existing Connections: Go to the Existing Airbnb connection and enable the 'Inquiry messages'
For accounts that will connect: The Inquiry messages will be turned on by default

A: This feature allows hosts to manage pre-booking inquiries from Airbnb guests directly within Duve, streamlining communication and improving operational efficiency.
A: Navigate to the Airbnb sync source page in Duve and enable the toggle for "Inquiry messages (pre-booking)". For new accounts, this is enabled by default. For existing accounts, it needs to be manually enabled.
A: Editing Guest details for Pre-booking messages will not be synced back to Airbnb at this time.
A: The communication hub will show the guest's name, listing name, check-in date, check-out date, and a link to the specific Airbnb conversation, ensuring all relevant information is easily accessible.
