Coming Soon! Simplex Integration for DuveAI's Booking Agent – Duve

The Simplex Booking Engine integration allows hosts to connect their Simplex account directly to Duve. Once connected, Duve can pull real-time availability and booking data from Simplex and use it to power the AI Booking Agent, enabling guests to book their stay through AI-assisted conversations.

This integration is designed for hosts who want to reduce booking delays, avoid missed opportunities, and ensure their AI Booking Agent always works with up-to-date availability data.

Pricing

In order to open the Simplex integration, customers must purchase the Booking Agent Add-on. The Booking Agent is an paid add-on feature that will be available upon request with an additional monthly cost.

What This Integration Does

When connected, Duve:

Syncs availability data from Simplex in real time
Identifies the maximum number of people per room
Detects whether children are allowed and the relevant age limits
Enables the AI Booking Agent to offer accurate booking options to guests

This integration does not:

Modify reservations
Handle payments
Replace your existing booking engine or PMS

How to Connect Simplex

Go to Settings > Communication > DuveAI
Scroll to the Booking Agent module, click Connect

Step 2: Enter Your API Key

Please request this value from the Simplex Team.

Paste the API key provided by Simplex

View Last Synced Time

Inside the edit modal, you’ll see a Last Synced label showing the most recent API request time, for example:

This helps you confirm the integration is active and communicating with Simplex.

Error Handling & AI Booking Agent Behavior

If the Simplex connection encounters an issue:

The AI Booking Agent pauses automated booking actions
The conversation is escalated to a human agent
Hosts can update or fix the API key to restore functionality

This ensures guests are never blocked or misled due to connection issues.
