Duve introduces an AI-powered weekly report that summarizes guest-host conversations, delivering insights to hosts directly via email. This new feature transforms communication data into a concise weekly report, helping hosts improve service and identify trends with minimal effort.
This feature empowers hosts with clear, digestible insights, automatically generated each week, to support proactive decision-making and enhance the guest experience.
What the AI Weekly Report is
The AI Weekly Report provides weekly insights from guest conversations, highlighting key topics, requests, and issues.
With this feature enabled, hosts can:
- Receive a weekly summary of guest message trends
- See guests requests from conversations
- See guests common topics from conversations
- See guests complaints from conversations
- Get proactive recommendations to improve service
Important to note: If there were little or no guest messages during the reporting period, the report will clearly state: “No data available for this week.”
How to enable the AI Weekly Insights Report
Navigate to Settings → Communication → Basic settings.
Click Edit to open the recipient's modal.
Only valid users can be added as recipients
Report delivery details
- Frequency: Weekly
- Delivery day: Every Monday
- Time: 8:00 AM, based on your account’s timezone
- Delivery method: Duve internal email with the AI insights PDF attached
- Note: The report frequency or timing cannot be changed.
Downloading the report
From the email, the user can download a single PDF with the weekly insights.
- Account-level recipients:
- Download a single PDF if there is only one brand
- Download a ZIP file if there are multiple brands
Pricing
In order to open the AI weekly report feature, customers must purchase the DuveAI Add-on. The AI weekly report is a paid add-on feature that will be available upon request with an additional monthly cost.

Frequently asked questions
Can I customize the report frequency?
No. The AI Weekly Insights Report is sent weekly on Mondays.
Where does the AI get its data from?
Only from guest–host messages in Duve’s Communication Hub.
Can I download the report?
Yes. You can download the PDF (or ZIP file) directly from the email.
What if I manage multiple brands?
You’ll receive a ZIP file with a separate report for each brand you’re assigned to.
Is this data shared with guests?
No. This report is internal and available only to hosts.
