Overview
The enhanced Late Check-Out feature allows you to create and manage multiple Late Check-Out (LCO) offers, each with its own pricing, timing, and eligibility rules. This gives you full flexibility to tailor offers based on guest profiles, room types, and operational needs by helping you increase upsell conversions, streamline operations, and deliver a more personalized guest experience

How to Set Up
Navigate to Settings → Checkout → Late Check-Out
Click Add New to create a new Late Check-Out offer.

Managing Account vs. Brand Settings
Late Check-Out can be managed at both Account and Brand levels.
Default Behavior
- Brands automatically inherit Late Check-Out offers from the Account level.
Override Behavior
- Activate the Override toggle at the Brand level to create custom offers.
- Once enabled:
- Account-level offers will no longer apply to that brand
- You can define brand-specific Late Check-Out offers
Guest Experience
How Guests See Late Check-Out Offers
During Online Check-out, guests select their expected departure time from a dropdown.
Note: Guests who are eligible for more than one upsell instance will be presented with multiple options at the checkout wizard.

Can I create different Late Check-Out offers for different room types?
Yes. You can use guest filters to target specific room types and create tailored offers.
What happens if I don’t enable the Override toggle at the Brand level?
Your brand will inherit all Late Check-Out offers from the Account level.
Can guests choose between multiple Late Check-Out options?
Yes. If multiple offers apply, guests will see all relevant options and must select one.
Can I temporarily disable a Late Check-Out offer?
Yes. You can enable or disable each offer using the instance toggle.
Do I need to recreate my existing Late Check-Out setup?
No. Existing configurations are automatically migrated into a single Late Check-Out offer.
