As part of the Pre-check-out wizard, you can ask the guests to review the staff, cleanliness, and overall experience.
How to set it up?
Go to Settings > Check-Out > Rate and review

Enable the Rating sections for the guest to be able to rate their stay based on the three rating categories that you select.

The Guest Experience
As part of the Online Check-Out wizard, the guest will be presented with a rating page on which he can choose how many stars he wishes to rate from 1 to 5 stars in every category: Staff, Cleanliness, and Overall rental/Rooms & facilities

When the average rating is less than the selected threshold, Duve will offer him to leave an internal review that you can view and use to improve his stay before he leaves

When the average rating is above the threshold, the guest sees this message thanking them for their good review, reminding them that in a few days, they will receive an email from the OTA the guest booked through, and kindly reminding them to leave a review over there.

When the average rating is above the threshold, but the reservation is not booked through an OTA, the guest gets directed to the link the host has provided, where the host wants the guest to leave a review (it can be a custom website, Google Reviews, TripAdvisor, etc.)

An email will also be sent to the guest to have the option to share their feedback
Host Experience
Navigate to dashboard > reservations
Select the reservation details and scroll down to satfiaction
