In this article, we will go over the Opt-in marketing checkbox that will appear to your guests in their Online Check-in wizard.
Opt-in marketing is an option in the guest Check-in Wizard which allows you to get approval from your guests for your marketing information.

Please note that this can only be adjusted for the entire account, and not adjusted per brand.
Write the text to display to guests in the 'Your message' field -
Important: Don’t forget to translate the description after you finish typing!
Press Save to make the changes and Enable the Show Opt-in marketing checkbox!
The checkbox will appear in the guest's journey when they fill in the details for the Pre Check-in steps. Your guests will be able to see the opt-in text based on their preferred language.

How to Export a Report including all customers who have Opted-in to Marketing via Duve
Go to the Reservations page, click the ellipsys and then click Export All.
Go to the Reservations page, click the ellipsys and then click Export All.
Ensure that the page is filtered for the correct check-in dates to ensure all the data will be in the report.
Open the file and then filter the Opt-in marketing column to find all the guests who want to opt-in.
