During the Custom questions step in the check in process, the host can add conditions to the questions to collect information from the guest.
For example: If the guest's arrival method is Car, you can add a follow up question What is your license number?)
You cannot condition a custom question by the built in arrival option chosen. However, you can always create a custom question asking for the information you need, and then create another question that relies on the answer of the first one to collect the required information.
To do so, go to your custom questions settings and add your first question you would like to establish the next question on.
You can set up this question to appear on the Basic details page first by clicking on +add question.
After creating your first questions, go to the Custom questions and click on +add question.
Under the question settings, click on Limit Question By > ADD CONDITION > Custom question A
Choose the first question you created, and the relevant options, for example:
Don't forget to translate & save!
Now, when the guest chooses the Car option in the basic details step, he will also be asked for his driver's license in the custom question step.
