Secure your guests with Two Factor Authentication protection for their information
During the check-in wizard, your guests will be required to enter a one-time 6 digit number sent to their email; then they will be prompted to choose a 4 digit number passcode so that every time they login, they will have to go through this process.
How to Set it Up?
Go to Settings > Check-In > Guest login > Require 2FA for login guest
The Guest Experience
In the Online Check-in, they will be asked to enter the 6-digit code that has been sent to their Email
Guests will be asked to enter a 4-digit passcode of their choosing
Done! They have completed their 2FA setup!

Q: When will the guest be required to use their 2FA?
A: The guest will be required to use their 2FA on each sign in to their Guest App and the Pre Checkout
Q: What happens if your guest forgets his passcode?
A: They can click on "Forgot your passcode?"
