This new addition to Pre Scheduled Messages conditions allows you to easily segment your guest experience around specific product purchases such as Room Upgrade, Early check-in, Custom Products and more!
This means that you can target or exclude specific groups of guests who have purchased a particular product, and better target messages and offers for them.
For example, send a follow-up message to all the guests who purchased Spa services to bring ID, or send a WhatsApp to all guests who purchased the tour upsell that they should arrive to the lobby at 10:00AM.
This condition can be set to either Contain or Does not contain, which should be configured depending on whether to include or exclude guests who purchased this product.

How to Set It Up
Communication Hub
Open the filter and choose the condition: 'Guest Purchases'. Then, select the service from the list. Click 'Done' and then you will see a filtered list of guest reservations who have purchased the service.
PreScheduled messages:
Create your message and choose the condition: 'Guest Purchases'. Then, select the service from the list. Once the message is created, only guest reservations who purchased the service will receive this message.
Guidebook:
Open the filter and choose the condition: 'Guest Purchases'. Then, select the service from the list. Click 'Done' and then this Guidebook post will only be shown to guests who have purchased the selected service.
Smart Early Check-in
Open the filter and choose the condition: 'Guest Purchases'. Then, select the service from the list. Click 'Done' and then only guests who have purchased the service will receive this message.
