Hosts that use additional fields on the reservation can filter out certain posts based on the additional field data. This can be configured in the post under “Add Condition”. Each additional field will have an indication that it is the additional field value, for example, Parking (additional field).
Supported in the Guest App and Scheduled Messages
How to set it up?
Guest App Builder
In the Guest App Builder, select a post, then click Edit to open the post’s visibility settings
Under “Add Condition (optional)” select one of the Additional Field values from the dropdown
Once you select the Additional Field, there will be the following 3 options to define the value: 'Is', 'Is not' or 'Does not exist'.
You must then type to fill in the expected value of the Additional Field, for example
If the Marketing opt-in (Additional Field) = Yes, then the value will be 'Yes'.
Note: The input which is added is case insensitive
Scheduled Messages
Under the When, you can trigger messages based on changes to Additional Fields
Under Conditions, select one of the Additional Field values from the dropdown
Once you select the Additional Field, there will be the following 3 options to define the value: 'Is', 'Is not' or 'Does not exist'.
You must then type to fill in the expected value of the Additional Field, for example
