Q: Can I disable the "Smart Tools" even after creating them as an Upsell?

A: Yes. the "Early check-in" and "Late check-out" can be disabled from the Settings. The Duve Taxis can be disabled only by the Duve Support Team.

Q: Can I remove the "Smart tools" from my "Top picks for you" in the Guest-app? (Combined with Upsells section)

A: No. All Smart tools ("Early check-in", "Late check-out" and Duve Taxis) will always appear in the "Top picks" and always on the top.

Q: Can I set a different rate for "Late check-out" per rental?

A: If you are under Property Type, VR, you will be able to configure Late Checkout per rental under each Rental.
