OTA messages
Note: Duve does not support pre-booking inquiries from guests. More information here.
Airbnb
- We support 2-way messages now with Airbnb, messages are synced from the OTA to the PMS to Duve and synced back from Duve to the PMS via Hostaway.
- Duve only supports syncing messages from Booking.com, but Duve is unable to push back messages into Booking.com's inbox
General
- Images are not supported for pulling from PMS/OTA and cannot be pushed back to PMS/OTA
- Documents - we push back the document as a comment in the res page, and we push a link to the Duve reservation page where all the docs exist
