Duve is now supporting sending images and files via WhatsApp in the Communication Hub!

How to send messages via WhatsApp

Go to the Communication Hub and search for the reservation you are looking for.

Change the Communication Channel to WhatsApp.

Click the '+' icon to open the menu and select Document or Image to upload the files to send to guests.
