Email Marketing Opt-in from the Reservation

User Defined Fields Sync in to Duve

To set up: Go to the Settings > Connection and add a new Additional Field Mapping

In Infor, go to the Record View, right click on the User Defined Fields and use the Field Code as the Field PMS ID in Duve

Online Check-in Completed

Add the Field Code for the Pre Check-in checkbox to the field in the Connection page

💳 Sync in the Folio Amount to Duve

Room and Tax amounts synced (Paid and Unpaid)
Folio Sync: Duve does not support live folio sync; guest sees last live updated payment from PMS.

💳 Sync Payment for Stay to the Folio to Infor

Payment for Stay pushed to Guest Folio
- Before Check-in date - as a deposit
- After In House - as a payment to the folio
