  Duve supports pushing the reservation status to the PMS:

• Estimated Check-Out Time

• Estimated Departure Time

💳 Guest Billing

• Payment for Stay pushed to Guest Folio

  • Before Check-in date - as a deposit

  • After In House - as a payment to the folio

     

• To ensure the Credit Card Types are aligned correctly to Infor, add the CC Payment Methods to the Infor connection page:

  • Visa identifier code
  • Mastercard identifier code
  • Maestro identifier code
  • American Express identifier code
  • Diners identifier code
    
    • In case the payment method does not fall into one of the defined payment methods, Duve will process the payment with the transaction code "Other/Kiosk payment type," add the field as 'VES'
