💳 Custom Field Sync

Email Marketing Opt-in from the Reservation 

User Defined Fields Sync in to Duve

To set up: Go to the Settings > Connection and add a new Additional Field Mapping

In Infor, go to the Record View, right click on the User Defined Fields and use the Field Code as the Field PMS ID in Duve

💳 Sync in the Folio Amount to Duve

• Room and Tax amounts synced (Paid and Unpaid)

• Folio Sync: Duve does not support live folio sync; guest sees last live updated payment from PMS.

💳 Sync Payment for Stay to the Folio to Infor

• Payment for Stay pushed to Guest Folio

  • Before Check-in date - as a deposit

  • After In House - as a payment to the folio
