Integration type

1 Way Sync + 2 Way via Webhooks (developed by Manava using Duve's Connect-API framework).

One-way sync (Manava to Duve)

Sync in Room

• Property name
• Property unit number
• Property type
• Property location details: Country, city, street, coordinates, and postal code
• Property Physical attributes: Floor, size, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, and bed count
• Maximum guest capacity
• Check-in and check-out times
• Amenities and access details when provided by Manava

Sync in Reservation

• Reservation ID 
• Reservation's booking source
• Assigned unit
• Reservation's stay dates
• Reservation status (confirmed through canceled)
• Guest contact details such as name, email, and phone
• Number of guests
• Rate plan 
• Currency
• Notes and special requests
• Guest language
• Country
• Inbound marketing consent
• Estimated check-in/out times
• Access codes
• Custom fields

Payments

• Reservation price and payment status (paid or unpaid), as provided by Manava through the Connect-API
• Additional/extra charges are received inbound

Two-way sync (Duve to Manava)

Duve sends guest activity back to Manava through the Connect-API webhook framework. The events available in the framework are:

Pre Check-In

• Verified Email
• Verified Phone Number
• Custom questions
• E-signature
• Guest document uploaded
• Marketing consent

Pre Check-Out

• Pre check-out done
• Estimated Check-Out Time
• Pending order created

Upsells

• Early check-in
• Late check-out 
• Custom services

Notes and limitations

• Folio and itemized billing breakdown are not part of the standard Connect-API inbound sync. Only reservation price and payment status are synced.
• Room status write-back to Manava is not supported.
• Reservation status write-back, for example posting a remote check-in or check-out to the PMS, is not supported.
• Rate plan groups, package transactions, routing instructions, and additional PMS field mapping are not supported for this integration.
• Make sure to check which Webhook events Manava is subscribed to and that their team has configured on their side.

OTA integrations

• Direct OTA connections such as Airbnb and Booking.com are handled by Duve independently of the PMS and can run alongside the Manava connection.
