Using Duve, you can communicate with guests through Duve Chat, SMS, WhatsApp and Email to send messages to guests.
In order to contact your guests by WhatsApp and SMS, enable it on the Billing page.
There are 4 communication methods in Duve:
Send by Duve Chat
When writing to your guest, select Chat as the Communication channel.

When messages are sent by Chat, they will show in the Guest's Guest App. If the message is unopened in the Guest App Chat for more than 3 minutes, an automatic email will be sent with the contents of the message.
Email Subject: "There is a new chat message from {{companyName}}" with a link for the guest to open the Guest App Chat
Send by SMS
When writing to your guest, select SMS as the Communication channel. In order to send SMS messages, you have to enable SMS and WhatsApp Billing on your Duve account

Send by WhatsApp
When writing to your guest, select WhatsApp as the Communication channel. In order to send SMS messages, you have to enable SMS and WhatsApp Billling on your Duve account.

Note: Duve's integration with WhatsApp supports sending images two ways - from guest to host and vice versa. However, sending images from the host to guest is only supported on mobile, not via desktop.
Send by Email
When writing to your guest, select Email as the Communication channel.

The Subject line of the Email will be "New message from {{companyName}}"
