New! Duve allows our hosts to mark custom question data as 'Sensitive' as part of compliance to shield sensitive information for Duve users.

How to set it up?
Go to Custom Questions and Add New. For example, add a Custom Question to collect ID or Passport Number
Turn on 'Guest Answer is sensitive information'. Once the question is saved, the question is marked as 'Sensitive'.
User Permissions:
As part of your compliance protocols, user permissions to view sensitive data can be enabled per user.
Go Settings > Users and click on a User. The user permission is available only for Manager and Team Member permissions.
For your users who you do not want to be able to view sensitive data, remove the permission and flip the green switch to grey.
Reservation page View
After guests start to complete Online Check-in, the data which is marked as Sensitive will be displayed like so:
Clicking 'Show' will show the user the sensitive data.
For users without permission, they will see ******* in its place:
Tasks page View
Add the column 'Custom Questions' to the List View. Hover the mouse over the Custom Question field to see the tooltip.
