Cover image by Rental can be added to the Email Editor

Duve is excited to introduce a new feature in the email editor that allows hosts to select specific rental or room-type cover images for their scheduled messages. This enhancement provides more flexibility and personalization for hosts, enabling them to showcase relevant cover images for each rental in their emails.

The new capability in Duve's email editor allows hosts to include rental-specific or room-type-specific cover images in their emails. This feature is particularly useful for personalizing communication, such as confirmation and arrival emails, making them more relevant and engaging for guests.

 

Tips and Tricks

• Maximize Personalization: Use the rental/room type cover image to make emails more personalized for each guest. This can improve engagement and make communications feel more tailored.
• First Image Priority: Ensure the first image uploaded to the Rental/Room page is the one you want to use as the cover image, as this is the image the system will pull.
• Fallback Readiness: Always have a suitable brand cover image ready to ensure that your emails still look professional if the rental/room type cover image is not available.

1. Personalizing Email Covers:
   • Hosts can now determine the main profile cover image at the rental level.
   • For each email, hosts can decide to use the rental cover image, making all emails in Duve more personalized and relevant to the guest’s booked rental/room.
