How to send an Email Template manually

Sending an Email template manually through Duve

Email Templates can be created by the Scheduled Message

From the Reservations Page

Go to the reservation > Click Start Chat

Change the Channel to Email > then click Canned Responses

The 'My Emails' tab will open all the email template options.
