Begin your Account set up by adding your Company Details to the Company Info page in General Settings.
It is typically filled in during the setup of the account, but can be adjusted at any time. The settings are easily accessible for hosts to edit on their own if necessary. The Company Info can also be unique for each brand added. The sections include: Name, Location, Contact Info, Property Info, Social Networks, About Us.
Name
Name
- The name of the company
- Where it will be shown:
- Company Name dynamic parameter
- Email communications to guests
- GuestApp (Contact Us, Map, etc.)
Short name for SMS
- Used when the SMS texts are enabled
- Is shown as the name of the sender for the SMS
Signature name
- The signature name found at the bottom of the email communications sent from Duve
Internal name
- Internal name is shown in the Communication Hub when there are extra brands
Location
Address
For Hotels:
- The address (Street+number, city, state, area, postal code, country) is the address location of the hotel or rental office
- Area = Neighborhood
- Where it will be shown:
- GuestApp (main page, arrival info, address, contact info)
- Address and office dynamic parameter
- Email Communications to guests
For Vacation Rentals:
- The address is the location of the rental office or wherever you would like the main location to be set to
- Where it will be shown:
- For VR's it will not be shown in the places shown above, instead the rental address will be given

Coordinates
- The coordinates of the location are very important to include because other features in Duve are dependent on it
- Maps in the guidebook, the GuestApp
- Note: Arrival Info Map is based on the room/rental address
Timezone
- The timezone of the host is important to be accurate so they will see the correct hours regarding guest arrivals/departures, cleanings, upsells and anything else regarding timing in Duve.
Company Contact Info
Phone/Email
- This phone and email will be the contact information given to the guests
- Where it will be shown:
- Company Data (company phone, email) Dynamic Parameter
- Contact Us (phone)
- Your Host - Contact Information (when you click on the logo in the GuestApp)
Property Info
Property Type
- During the account setup the property type will be selected depending on the nature of the company. This setting should not be changed
- Vacation Rental
- Hotel
- Hostel
- Apartment Hotel
Default Currency
- The default currency that the guests will see and will be used for Payments section on the Reservation in the Guest Journey
- this can not be adjusted by brand at the moment**
- Upsells can be configured per currency

Website
- The website should be the URL link to company's main website
- Where it will be shown:

- Your Host - Contact Information (when you click on the logo in the GuestApp)
Date Format
- Date format shown in Duve Frontdesk (Reservations)
Time Format
- Time Format shown in Duve Front Desk and shown for guests in GuestApp and in communications
Preferred Language
- The language selected here will be the language shown in the Duve Front Desk and in the communication hub
Social Networks
- If URL's are placed into the field, the social network links will be shown in the confirmation email
About Us
- The About Us section is a free text that can include any relevant or desired information about the company/brand/rental company
- Where it will be shown:
- Your Host - About Us (when you click on the logo in the GuestApp)
- Is a section of the GuestApp that can be automatically translated into the language list
Translate Icons
- The translate icons appear next to the fields that are able to have a translation to another language
- The translation can only be manually entered, it will not translate automatically
