Extra Brands provides the customization to create different guest journeys for each hotel or group of vacation rentals. Branding allows you to create different configurations through the Guest Journey based on unique requirements and information of the brand.
Creating/Editing a Brand
To Add a new brand:
- In General Settings, click "add new" to start creating the new brand
- When creating a new brand, the name that you use will be the Internal Name
To Edit an existing brand:
- Click "edit" to see the fields below, which include the company info that can be edited.
- Click the pencil icon in the cover photo box to change the photo for the brand
Add Brand Information
- The information added is used exclusively for that brand and will not be shown on any other brands
- If you need to delete a brand: Click the 3 dots in the top rightIn the top right
The brand-specific contact information, website, and preferred language can be added here:
Social Networks
- If the social networks have different links from the main brand, you can override and add the brand specific links by clicking on the toggle switch "Override default settings" so it is enabled and shows green
