- Customer’s Room/Rental Information (as long as it exists in the PMS)
- Room Name

- Room Number
- Location (Street Address, City, Country)
- Reservation Information

- Room Allocation (or Room Type allocation)
- Contact information (Name, Phone Number, email address)
- Nationality of guest in the PMS identifies what the country of the guest is and therefore the guest language
- Booking Source
- Booking source 2 which is the hotel customer segmentation
- Plan Type
- Reservation statuses (from the PMS)
- Canceled
- Confirmed
- In House
- Gone
- Option
- Guest Payment for Stay
- Room will show on the Payments section. Duve does not support routing for VCC guests.

Guest Billing - Currently all payments are synced via comments.
- All payment methods are supported - Credit cards and Cash
- Refunds Types supported - All except supporting partial refunds.
- Refunds will be pushed to MediaLog as another line with '-'(minus) before the amount

All the information collected in Duve is pushed back in a summary in the reservation comment box in Medialog. A summary is sent now in the French language: upsells, custom questions, and all pre check-in and pre check-out information.
