This article explains the steps required to integrate Duve with your StayNTouch account. In order to begin, you must have an Active Duve account.
What do we sync?
We sync the details that exist in the PMS, such as:
- Room Information
- Room Name, Room Type, Room Number, and Floor
- Max number of guests, Number of beds, toilets
- Reservation Information
- Reservation Dates and Statuses - Confirmed / Checked-in/ canceled
- Room Allocation (or Room Type allocation)
- Contact information (Name, Phone Number, email address
- Country by phone is pulled from the country code of the phone number
- Estimated Arrival Time
- Booking Source
- Guest Payment for Stay
- Access Codes
What do we push back to the PMS?
Pre Check-in
- Updated Guest Contact information
- Phone Number
- Estimated Arrival Time
- Summary Notes
- Orders
- Early Check-in
- Late Checkout
- Room upgrade
- Custom Services
- Custom Questions field match
- Nationality
- Details from the Passport Document Upload
- Passport Number
- Birth Date
- Expiration Date
- Pushing PreCheck-in status on the day of Check-in
- Payment for stay with live folio sync (no routing)
Pre Checkout
- Departure Time
- Note with link to reservation in Duve (to see Satisfaction Ratings)
