Duve has the capability with some PMS integrations to sync back the Custom Questions to specific fields. To discover if your PMS has a two way integration, check for your PMS' Integration Specs article here.
To set up:
Go to Custom Questions to set up the rest of the questions you would like to ask your guests -
***If you have set up the First Name and Last Name in the Basic Details page, you do not need to set up additional Custom Questions and add the field Match
In order for the information to sync back to your PMS, each question should be set up with the corresponding field match with field name only -

How does the information sync back to the PMS?
When the guest completes the Pre Check-in, all of the data collected in the Online Check-in is synced back to the PMS.
