Guest's New OCI Journey
Step 1: Welcome Page
Duve hosts can customize the branding, logo, colors, description and details shown on this page. The guest can also change their desired preferred language from the language dropdown.
Clicking the Terms & Conditions will open a pop up. The guest can navigate to the next page by clicking 'Start'.
Step 2: Guest Details page
The new upgraded UI will show each guest's requested details. Mandatory details will be shown with a red asterisk*. Each guests information is clearly defined per guest in the reservation, depending on what fields are enabled in the Settings.
Opt-in Marketing prompt is still shown in this page and will show for each guest in the reservation. .
Step 3: Arrival Options
Step 4: Room Upgrade
The guest can move forward by skipping the Room Upgrade page.
The guest can select their Estimated Arrival time in the page, a menu will open with relevant pricing for all available times.
If the guest selects a paid Check-in option, they will be led to confirm or request the check-in time according to the account Settings.
Step 6: Transportation
If the guest books Check-in transportation, the guest will be prompted to book Check-out Transportation as well.
Step 8: E-Signature
Click Accept & Sign for the guest to add their Signature.
Step 9: Required Documents
The request per guest will be shown and uploaded per profile. The guest will be able to skip if the option is not mandatory.
