Home and Billing Address custom question field match supported for OHIP

Duve improved the integration capabilities with Opera Cloud. The primary goal is to ensure a more comprehensive and efficient data flow between Duve and the PMS, enhancing the guest management experience.

 

Duve now syncs back to Opera Cloud both the home and the billing address from custom questions, so our hosts will be able to retrieve more information about the guest and collect it in Opera.

 

• Home Address (Street, City, Country, Zip Code)
• Billing company name
• Billing address
• Billing City
• Billing country
• Billing Postal Code
• City of Birth
• Country of Birth
• Document Type

  • The host can set “code” that will be synced to Ohip based on the guest's selection.

    

• Passport/ID Number
• Date of Issue (passport/ID)

• Place of Issue 
• Expiration Date (passport/ID)

When this information is successfully pushed backed to OHIP, it will be available under the Communication section of the Profile of the Reservation.
