Q: If I add Marketplace upsells to be available to my guests from my account, can we remove Marketplace Upsells from the Arrival email?
A: At this time we can not remove Marketplace upsells from the Arrival email.
Q: Is it possible to set the WIFI information to always be displayed in the Guest App?
A: As of now, the WiFi information added on each room/rental level will only show if one of the Arrival communications is sent out. However, if you add the wifi name and code in the Guest App in free text rather than the dynamic parameters, your guests will always be able to see the information in the Guest App.
