Click to Translate the text to all other languages and Save.
After completing the set up of the Online Check-in, begin the set up of the Online Check-out starting with: Check-out Basic
The Guest Experience
When accessing the link, Guests will be directed to the Check-in Portal.
Important Notes:
- Guest portals can be created on the main settings or on sub-brand settings.
- If the Portal is created on the sub-brand, it will have the corresponding branding of the sub-brand.
- Guests will only be able to use their credentials to log in to their brand-specific portal or the general portal. They will not be able to use another brand’s check-in portal to log in to their Online Check-in.
- The default area code for the log in by phone number will be set to a default country code based on the hotel's location.
- If the host does not have any cover image added in their branding page, the check-in portal cover image will show as green by default.
