To find your Guest Portal links, go to Settings > Check-in > Check-in portal
How to set it up?
Check-in Portal
Allow your guests to start their online check-in by accessing this link. When using this link, allow your guests to complete the Online Check-in from their devices. Once they complete Online Check-in, they will be redirected to their personal Guest Area.
Kiosk Mode
Allow your guests to start their Online Check-in by accessing this link. When using this link, your guests can use your device or any personal device to start Online Check-in. When they complete their Online Check-in, they will be redirected to the Check-in portal.
Best Practice: If you use the Kiosk mode, you can allow your guests to complete the Online Check-in on any device, including a Hotel Kiosk/Desktop. If the guest is using a personal device, only provide them the Check-in portal link so that when they complete Pre Check-in they will be forwarded to their personal Guest Area.
Customize Check-in Portal Description
To edit the portal log-in page, enable the custom title and description and add your desired text.
Click to Translate the text to all other languages and Save.

The Guest Experience
Guests will receive an email to begin the online check-in and will take them to the check-in portal.
Instruct your Guests on which credentials to add to be able to log in to their Online Check-in.
Here is our template (which you can keep!)
Check-in Portal:
Title is shown as "Login to start your Online Check-in"
Description is shown under the Title.

Important Notes:
- Guest portals can be created on the main settings or on sub-brand settings.
- If the Portal is created on the sub-brand, it will have the corresponding branding of the sub-brand.
- Guests will only be able to use their credentials to log in to their brand-specific portal or the general portal. They will not be able to use another brand’s check-in portal to log in to their Online Check-in.
- The default area code for the log in by phone number will be set to a default country code based on the hotel's location.
- If the host does not have any cover image added in their branding page, the check-in portal cover image will show as green by default.
